Talkspace is a revolutionary platform that provides therapy through licensed counselors in a talk therapy manner that is accessed through devices such as tablets and smartphones. The service can operate via text or video. The original focus of Talkspace has been in the area of mental health and has dealt with patients that suffer from issues such as depression and anxiety. Talkspace has been rapidly growing in recent years under the leadership of its Chief Executive and founder Oren Frank. Now Talkspace is expanding its revolutionary platform to the area of therapy for couples. The team at Talkspace are making the bold claim that their platform can be as beneficial to couples as a real-time session in person with a therapist.

The Talkspace platform allows for individuals, and now for couples as well, to connect with the licensed therapists that are able to help them with the problems that they may be facing. Regardless of whether a Talkspace user is at home, work or anywhere else, they will always be able to get ahold of a therapist when and where they need to. This is the revolutionary aspect that Talkspace offers to its users and it is something that is really picking up steam and growing impressively.

One of the major reasons why Talkspace has caught on so well and is helping so many individuals and couples is due to the fact that one of its goals is to provide therapy at a much more cost-effective price tag. It is also much more convenient as users do not have to physically go to an office to engage with a therapist. This heightened level of convenience also has the effect of getting some that may have previously been reluctant to seek therapy to do so. This is really what the Talkspace experience is all about. Getting people the therapy that they need when and where they need it is the goal that Talkspace has and the company has been quite impressive in its efforts to achieve this exact goal. The future certainly looks bright for this revolutionary new concept in therapy. Visit: http://www.iamtrillyoga.com/blog-posts/2018/2/13/-talkspace-was-there-when-i-needed-them

Talkspace Uses Michael Phelps to Create Awareness for Mental Health Issues

Michael Phelps sees his partnership with Talkspace as a valuable way he can help fellow sufferers of mental illness. From the outsider’s perspective, Phelps seemed to have the world in the palm of his hands. Behind the scenes it was a very different story. Phelps admits that there were times he did not leave his room. Those episodes would sometimes last for days. He was lost, and he did not know where to turn for help. One of the things Phelps hopes to get out of the partnership is that people ask for help. Phelps thought it was a sign of weakness, but he now knows that it is the first step to getting better. Phelps has taken part in an online campaign to raise awareness for mental health issues and how Talkspace offers unique solutions.

It is in the best interest of companies to use Talkspace as many employees are looking for help for mental health issues.

There are posts about LGBTQ issues along with the issues surrounding the use of social media. Frank also has links to highly successful people who had to deal with mental health issues. He hopes to show that anyone can suffer regardless of their external circumstances. Frank also sees the need for preventative care, and he emphasizes the need for companies to be proactive with taking care of the mental health of their employees.

Roseann Bennett Minds The Mental Health Of Marriage

Millions of people and health care providers across America celebrate Mental Health Awareness every year during the month of May. Dr. Roseann Bennett shows her support to the world of mental health by helping hundreds of married couples save their marriages by addressing what usually seems to be the root cause of the crack in the foundation. That root cause is found to be untreated mental illnesses. Roseann Bennett has helped couples deal with various forms of mental illnesses, from Depression to Bipolar Disorder, and other symptoms that include anxiety, and irritability. Dr. Roseann Bennett has made it her mission to help these individuals receive the guidance and care that they need to regain balance within the household, and stability within the mind.

As a result of Dr. Bennett’s hard work in bringing a sense of peace to the marriages of her clients, hundreds of her patients have been able to make amends with their spouses. Dr. Roseann Bennett knows that divorce and separation are the last thing that a loving couple wants to deal with and does her best to save something that is so sacred. Dr. Roseann Bennett recommends that both parties involved go get help, and perhaps to join each other in receiving the guidance they need. Sometimes this helps with other underlying issues that the couple may be experiencing in their marriage. When it comes to dealing with the throes of a mental illness of a loved one, it does the patient and everyone else involved in the patient’s life, a great amount of good when the spouse, or even the family, is involved. Having the other parties involved, and helping them understand what is happening, can aid in a boost to recovery. Read more Why Self-Care Is An Important Part Of Any Business Strategy

Surely, the patients who are and have been treated by Dr. Benett can say that they have seen a positive change in their spouse’s behavior, as well as a positive change change in their own lives. Dr. Bennet is truly gifted in her ability to find the root cause of the mental issues within the marriage, that also allow for other problems within the marriage to be fixed.

Roseann Bennett founded the Center for Assessment and Treatment with her husband Todd, Roseann’s mission was to bridge the gap between in-home therapy and outpatient therapy. In-home therapy provided some valuable tools but once the person was released to become an outpatient, these tools disappeared. Marginally disenfranchised populations who either couldn’t afford in-house therapy or had no access to it were affected the most. Visit This Page for additional information.
